Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the online prize draw (“Prize Draw”) organised by MW Lift Services Ltd (“Organiser”).
1.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must:
(a) Be a resident of the United Kingdom;
(b) Be aged 18 years or older; and
(c) Not be an employee of the Organiser or any of its affiliates.

2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to disqualify you if you are not eligible or if your entry is fraudulent or invalid in any way.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the online feedback form on the Organiser’s website at https://www.mwliftservices.co.uk/customer-feedback/.
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.3 Entries must be submitted by the closing date of the Prize Draw, which is 6 months from the date of the previous Prize Draw.
3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it deems to be incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.

4. Selection of Winners

4.1 The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2 The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
4.3 If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize for the Prize Draw is £50 Amazon eVoucher.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Data Protection

6.1 The Organiser will collect and use your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.mwliftservices.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Website-privacy-policy.pdf.
6.2 Your personal data will be used to administer the Prize Draw and to contact you if you are the winner.
6.3 Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or the prize.
7.2 The Organiser excludes all liability for any loss of data or damage to your computer or other equipment that may occur as a result of entering the Prize Draw.

8. General

8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or modify the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
8.2 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and binding.
8.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
